I don't think late night blog posts are ever really wise since you're just thinking about jackshit BUT I can't seem to fall asleep right now, so I'll do one anyway.


Yesterday night I went crazy and called a friend, who I guess made me see everything a little bit clearer, but at the same time confused the shit out of me.

Today, I had to wake up early and catch the train to Strathfield (trek) for tutoring. My sister also did her cello amus exam today, and we get the results in the next few days, how daunting! Afterwards, I met up with Gloria and Albert at Macq library and we basically did zero work until he left.

I revised my jap, and organic compound (which I am terrible at) and waited for my mum to pick me up, because my dad wanted to get picked up cos his car was left at home. So she arrived an hour late cos of a car crash, and by the time we got to Dad's office, it was nearly 8.

I kept telling my parents that I wanted to eat ANYTHING that was not Korean. ANYTHING. So they're like "okay we'll go Chinese-Korean fusion" and I was like yeah okay I can deal with that.
But no, at the last minute, they take us to a restaurant with traditional korean foods. Fuckkk. then I once again went crazy and nearly started crying because I wanted Chinese food LOL.

tomorrow I'm catching up with my bro, and I'm actually kinda excited for it :)

Today I met up with one of my year 6 besties, Nina. We've been close since then, especially cos we both went to Hornsby together. I waited at Gloria Jeans and did my intu hw for the first time in weeks and felt good about myself :)
We ate, then went shopping, and just talked about everything. Like how we have no big life goals or anything; I still don't know what I want to be/study at uni, and that is worrying! Talked about some of the funniest shit everr haha I love how even though it's the first time we talked properly in months, we can talk about everything comfortably. :)
we went exploring in david jones, and tried on $100 floppy hats, expensive ass shoes, stared at branded bags, tried on bikinis as well. I showed Nina how if you're half on the ground (think crab-walk position), you look really skinny. So we both got on the floor in our bikinis and started trying it LOLOL I think the next door changerooms might've judged us a bit.. I found mimco pouches on sale (further 25% off) but they didn't have any that I liked.
Then - as fate would have it, there was a mimco store opposite djs, and I grabbed the last black/silver pouch convo oh my gosh I got it for a further 20% off the marked price. Felt KINDA awesome. So now I have a yr12 pencil case :D

Then I'm gonna to donate blood with yun and rex, and friday will be a catch up with kylie hopefully.

hornsby social 2011

So Hornsby/Normo social was yesterday and it was actually a lot better than I had anticipated. I bought my dress the day before, and got my jewellery organised in the car on the way TO social.

Oh just wanted to shout out to Yun who put up with my fussiness and weirdly proportioned body and went shopping w/ me a bajillion times AND lent me her rings/nail polish, Crystal who lent me the necklace and managed to alter my dress during Friday recess, and Laura who put up with my whining. And also Victoria and Amelia for letting me borrow dresses off them.

Social was great, it was awesome seeing everyone dressed up and pretty; and actually seeing people for the first time in around 3 terms was also pretty cool. I realised as the night went on, how different my hornsby relationships are with my ruse relationships. A group of crazy pmsy girls is just sooo different to (I don't know how to describe Ruse). But I love the crazy pmsiness HAHAHAHA.

Afters was interesting, and I think we all managed to catch a cold. I'm still sniffling, and I don't know how I'm functioning with barely 2 hours of good sleep. This was yet another ramble post with no substance whatsoever LOL sorry guys, let me fill the post up with photos instead. Credits to Crystal! :)

Just saying, but this is my opinion! I know it can sound unfair, but I don't mean to diss ruse in any way at all.

so today was year 12 graduation assembly, and even though a lot of it WAS entertaining, I found myself missing Hornsby to bits. I think it's mostly because I don't exactly know Ruse '11, but Hornsby's Lipsync is always so much more intense, more prepared, just more entertaining for me.

Managed to stay healthy tonight, and considering going swimming before school tomorrow, cos I miss swimming like crazy ):
I just lost it at some newbie (for next year) cos he'd been pissing me off for a while. He said to some random that he was "malfunctioned" cos he went to a single sex school because the random told him that this chick had a boyfriend, and to back off.
I personally thought that was fair, cos this newbie kid seemed to just be chatting up the girlies. I don't know him, and he could just be some really friendly guy getting to know everyone, especially the girls; but some of his comments were asshole and annoyed me.

So looks like I'll be "that year 12 bitch who told me to stop being a dick" to all the male newbies next year. But you know what, I'll take that, since they're in year 11, I graduate in 3 terms, and I crave choc chip muffins. So fkn badly.

Cleaning out my wardrobe thingo is going well, except now i have no idea what to do with all these empty spaces!

hobbies

So yesterday night after being forced to come off my diet, I spent around 3 hours looking up recipes online of mouthwatering pastas. I think my weaknesses are definitely pasta and Coles' choc chip cookies :)

Anyway I came home tonight, looking forward to some delicious healthy korean meal but my mum had prepared zero and she won't let me eat pasta cos it will make me fhet so I think I'm eating sweet potato for dinner. Hating life. ==

Up till a few months ago, piano used to be my 'hobby' and it'd help me un-anger myself (especially when I was pmsing, or fought with my family) so it was good. But these days, it is incredibly out of tune, and the piano tuner isn't coming for a few weeks. So I kinda decided that for the last few weeks of year 11, I'm gonna learn how to cook! Because I can't cook for crap - I can basically make toast and instant noodles and that's it.. And cooking means I'll kinda learn what goes into my food etc etc.

Really excited! Hopefully I'll master all my pastas 8)

Today after I felt sorry for myself for a while, I decided I need a change of lifestyle/mindset. Enough of wallowing on stupid things. It's impossible to change who I am, but I am determined to completely reorganise my priorities.. I guess I'm always saying that. But too much has happened that I kinda regret (even though I disapprove of regret) so YEAH - new lifestyle here I come. I think that's gonna start with finally finishing the spring cleaning of my room. My wardrobe and half my notes/textbooks is done, but the rest? Don't even get me started.

SO what's been happening?
well not much actually. I'm so ceebs to blog these days. But I convinced myself it's necessary to document all the fun stuffs that happens :)

On strike day, Yun and I went all the way to Paddington for a haircut. From $220 to $40 - we are good at bargaining (; jokes we had a voucher  from ourdeal.com - it's really good, try going on it guys!
Anyway, after a 45min trek to the hairdressers, we left with Yun looking like Olivia Palermo and me looking like Rachel from Season 1 of friends (um yeh that's NOT a good thing).
Went to bondi junction to meet helen and xtal who had their nails done. We went to Harvey Norman and pretended we were buying a hair straightener to straighten my hair LOL. then yun xtal and I spontaneously decided to go to Town Hall for green tea fraps.
You know how lovely and eventful our night was if you read Crystal's blog - i'm so lazy I'm ceebs re-recounting :)

Today we went out for dinner - I had hotpot for the first time!
Met up with the girls (Annie forgot the tree OH NOOOO) we went to paddy's markets, then went to mac, then finally dinner. it was yummy. highlight of the night was definitely starbucks afterwards.
I realised my true potential as a mimicker of miss teenage south carolina.
we talked about girl things, and the man behind us (opposite me) was fucking wanking. Most disgusting shit ever. holyyyyyyyy fuck.
Yun pointed it out to us, and I looked (WHY DID I LOOK?) and yup there was definite hand movement. Fuck. ):

okay last exam(s) tomorrow, if Jap speaking counts as one. Last exam as a year 11. Last exam that doesn't count AHH how scary! ):

After sleeping at 5 (I was watching Friends) I woke up at 9, told my mum I was sick, and she let me sleep. Then i wake up at 12 to an empty house - noone to take me to intuition, which starts at 12.30 D:
So I ran around eating, getting changed, and trying to find ways to get there not too late - I even contemplated catching a taxi. But as I walked out of the house, unto the street to go to Gordon station, my dad pulls in YAY so I got to intu like 20 mins late.

Today was also like, the best tute ever. Jake made my day with arnold (I have nfi what his name is)'s fb profile pic HAHAHA. Intu people: apparently you have to get into steve diep's profile, then look up his friends to find him, cos there are lots of armands.. Or whatever. Jake gave us the perfect word today. PERFECT - yun and I couldn't believe we hadn't thought of it!

Gloria Jeans no longer lets you study, they kick you out after about an hour, and they have lots of signs saying that they're not a library/place to study. The lady asked 2 nsg chicks to 'wrap up' and they kinda argued with her, then had a major bitch session in korean/english. These are the joys of being korean 8) So yeah, I dno where I'm gonna go to drink coffee/study now D:

this is what maths does to me..

1. I woke up and walked up to Gordon centre with my dad, and we shared a big breakfast at a cafe. It came with 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 halves of a tomato, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, and 2 thick slices of toast. THAT'S FOR ONE PERSON LOL - so we shared one and I felt good about the fact that I eat half of an 'average' (Aussie) serving

2. Went rage/crazy bitch while doing maths. I did ONE *swear word* past paper and got raped up the ass.

3. My gmarket stationery came (F*CK YES)  and I know have a mini table to use on my bed/sofa 8) And a bunch of pens, and my favourite - post it notes. Freaking amazingly cheap. And I found the folders that I bought in Japan (was sour I only bought 1) so I bought 5 more - and they're better quality. I swear to god, there is nothing you CAN'T find on that website. If you live in Korea, you can even buy cheap food :D

4. I love friends. OH MY GOD I just love it so much.. yesterday I came home from jap exam (which was nooo way as hard as half yearlies), lay in bed watching this.

5. new seasons of all the new shows start soon. SO EXCITED. Oh and Rachel Bilson is in a new show called "hart of dixie", where some NYC doctor comes to a small town and yeah. idc how typical it sounds, I cant wait :)

6. My sister tried on the wedges I bought in Japan. And she's wearing makeup to a stupid black and white themed party, even though she reprimanded ME for wearing MASCARA (WHICH YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE COS OF MY MONOLIDS) and told me it was "embarrassing" WELL EFF YOU REENA OH. She's buying a dress just for the party. The only time I can specifically remember buying a dress just for a party was FORMAL. GEEZ. Spoilt little poobum. I try spending $1 by buying coffee at luneburger instead of gj, despite how embarrassing it is!
I mean, I'm going to end up borrowing a dress for formal, or just buy a super cheap one since I'm never going to wear it again. OH AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE SHE SAID TO MY MUM?
